Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in engineering leadership roles
Strong technical background in relevant technologies
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience with agile methodologies and software development processes (if applicable)
